A Day of Devotion
In this online event, we will nourish our spirits through chanting and movement in a practice called Akhanda Kirtan.
Akhanda Kirtan is a continuous chanting of God’s name or mantra while dancing clockwise around an altar. This practice calms and concentrates the mind and prepares it for meditation. An uplifting spiritual vibration is created to bring peace and harmony.
The positive effects can be felt for many days. After this, we will continue with a group meditation, spiritual discourse and devotional stories.
*Note: Once you register, you will receive instructions and a Zoom link to attend the event.
