Join Kaverii Blochlinger and Michele Renée for a discussion of how these changing times require resiliency and strength in both body and mind. Discover how yogic health practices guide one toward optimum health and vitality. Learn how these practical tools help to minimize stress, promote a sense of well-being, increase concentration and support discipline in other areas of one’s life.

Kaverii Blochlinger has been teaching meditation and yoga classes for a decade. She completed her Meditation Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy program through Ananda Seva Mission. She studied Ayurveda at the California College of Ayurveda and is finishing an advanced herbalism program through Sunnyside Herbs. These practices form the basis of Sattva Yoga Therapy, which she now offers in her home studio. Kaverii is also a part of the Training Department for Ananda Seva Mission, offering classes in yogic health practices.

Michele Renée uses skill and expertise gained from over two decades of teaching high school and 15 years of managing programs at the Dharmalaya Center. She is a student and teacher of yoga and meditation with a practice that began in 1983.
