- First and foremost, only fully vaccinated people are allowed to attend.
- There will be minimal time spent in an indoor setting. Meals, break time, and many programs will be held outside in an event tent. And one day will be devoted to a trip to the Oregon Coast.
- The indoor space will be exceptionally well ventilated, with a virus elimination air filter in operation.
- The area of the indoor space is sufficient to allow people to maintain recommended social distancing.
- All attending should bring face masks and use them if they go off site to public settings. We reserve the option to have people mask during indoor kiirtans if deemed necessary.
- The lodging accommodations will provide attendees with individual room space. This is a fluid situation and AS will remain vigilant in making needed adjustments in accordance with the CDC, state and local guidelines, should adjustments become necessary. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
