Join us for our weekly Sunday morning group meditation. This event is free and open to everyone. The program includes singing uplifting devotional songs, yogic dance (kaoshikii), chanting, meditation, a discourse, and group discussion.

This program is offered as a hybrid event on Zoom on the 1st Sunday of every month only. There is also a sattvic potluck following the program on the 1st Sunday of every month.
